To me this is hands down the best moment for garp, the way he fought sengoku (who continues to suck) but just accepted dragon's decision and scorn quietly, though I imagine time probably healed the rift between them, think dragon eventually eases up on his stance towards garp. And poor harald, getting caught in the sunken cost fallacy amidst his grieving for his friend, and we all know this is not gonna end well for him either. Kid loki crying broke my heart, he tries so hard to be a badass but he's a good kid and a softie deep down. And some might have preferred if the holy knights felt like legitimately stronger threats in their own right, but I enjoy their portrayal of being these overconfident jerks cruising on their regen hacks rather than another powercreep. The thing is, sengoku rose to the highest position he could conceivably get to, and has done jack with it, his greatest moment of defiance was going into semi-retirement, which just throws away his whole premise. Out of all the supposedly good marines, he's easily the worst, there's only so much you can keep saying "It's for the greater good... Eventually" before it gets ridiculous, he has definitely done more harm than good with his position. Also wouldn't say that garp not killing him means all that much, sengoku doesn't need to be corrupt per se to suck, he can believe all the things he says and I'd still think he's terrible.
