It fits the Norse mythology theme perfectly Fenrir is the wolf destined to be chained until Ragnarok, just like Loki has been bound in Elbaf. I think we’ll see that unlike King Harald, who was consumed by the fruit’s raw "wild" nature and went on a rampage, Loki’s Conqueror’s Haki allows him to dominate the devil fruit’s will instantly. That squirrel-hammer Ragnir will probably recognize him as the true master, maybe even fusing with his transformation to give him some kind of elemental lightning attacks. The emotional gut punch, though, is going to be the truth about King Harald. I predict that as Harald dies by Loki’s hand, he won’t be angry; he’ll be relieved. We’ll likely find out that the "madness" wasn't just the fruit, but maybe some external corruption or a curse from the World Government that Harald was fighting off. The chapter will probably end with a twist showing that Loki voluntarily accepted the title of the "Accursed Prince" and allowed himself to be chained by Shanks not because he was weak, but to protect his father's legacy as a benevolent king. He took the blame for the rampage so the giants would remember Harald as a hero rather than a monster, giving us a tragic "Itachi-style" backstory for him.

It's still hard for me to believe that oda has spoiled the ending and the backstory of op for us, but we can't tell because we don't know what the hell we're looking at. Ragnir is basically the pachirisu who won the pokemon tournament long time ago. This chapter makes this reaction of sommers even more hilarious consdering holy knights were getting clapped by roger pirates on every random tuesday ! How low will their ceiling go. Atp the fandom should call them holy roppos not knights. 
 
So the holy land was aware that shanks was with roger the whole time, but when shanks returns and is undercover, he is playing it like they kept him prisoner the whole time? Imagine being so racist, sexist, classist, and othwrwise bigoted that you don't even want to use the same air as other people. And your main interaction with non-family are slaves you kidnap and kill at a whim. The celestial dragon's simply have no concept of why anyone wouldn't want to be one of them, so shanks isn't shady at all to them. For hks, I'm sure shanks' strength mattered but I'm also sure he could make a sob story about finally hearing the truth when roger died/was dying, and how he was kidnapped as a baby.
