It fits the Norse mythology theme perfectly Fenrir is the wolf destined to be chained until Ragnarok, just like Loki has been bound in Elbaf. I think we’ll see that unlike King Harald, who was consumed by the fruit’s raw "wild" nature and went on a rampage, Loki’s Conqueror’s Haki allows him to dominate the devil fruit’s will instantly. That squirrel-hammer Ragnir will probably recognize him as the true master, maybe even fusing with his transformation to give him some kind of elemental lightning attacks. The emotional gut punch, though, is going to be the truth about King Harald. I predict that as Harald dies by Loki’s hand, he won’t be angry; he’ll be relieved. We’ll likely find out that the "madness" wasn't just the fruit, but maybe some external corruption or a curse from the World Government that Harald was fighting off. The chapter will probably end with a twist showing that Loki voluntarily accepted the title of the "Accursed Prince" and allowed himself to be chained by Shanks not because he was weak, but to protect his father's legacy as a benevolent king. He took the blame for the rampage so the giants would remember Harald as a hero rather than a monster, giving us a tragic "Itachi-style" backstory for him.

The real two devil fruits needed for victory are probably luffy’s and loki’s, but without knowing about nika he never stood a chance to actually achieve his dream that’s probably partly why the world government tried to erase its history, so no one from the davy clan stumbled upon it. But if this devil fruit is so op, we clearly have no idea what the nika devil fruit is truly capable of yet. Because loki’s looks ridiculous, but luffy’s is said to be the most ridiculous oda you crazy genius, what are you cooking. 
 
 To be fair we always knew that loki had a devil fruit since I'm pretty sure we knew he was tied with sea stone chains to the tree and if he didn't have a fruit there wouldn't be a reason to not use normal chains. Also there's a difference between ridiculous and ridiculously powerful. Loki's devil fruit is definitely strong but from what we've seen so far there's nothing actually ridiculous in the way nika is. So the hammer has been protecting the fruit for centuries, which means it wasn't vegapunk who gave it the devil fruit, meaning that maybe during the void century people already found a way to make inanimate objects eat devil fruits.
