It fits the Norse mythology theme perfectly Fenrir is the wolf destined to be chained until Ragnarok, just like Loki has been bound in Elbaf. I think we’ll see that unlike King Harald, who was consumed by the fruit’s raw "wild" nature and went on a rampage, Loki’s Conqueror’s Haki allows him to dominate the devil fruit’s will instantly. That squirrel-hammer Ragnir will probably recognize him as the true master, maybe even fusing with his transformation to give him some kind of elemental lightning attacks. The emotional gut punch, though, is going to be the truth about King Harald. I predict that as Harald dies by Loki’s hand, he won’t be angry; he’ll be relieved. We’ll likely find out that the "madness" wasn't just the fruit, but maybe some external corruption or a curse from the World Government that Harald was fighting off. The chapter will probably end with a twist showing that Loki voluntarily accepted the title of the "Accursed Prince" and allowed himself to be chained by Shanks not because he was weak, but to protect his father's legacy as a benevolent king. He took the blame for the rampage so the giants would remember Harald as a hero rather than a monster, giving us a tragic "Itachi-style" backstory for him.

Hope we get to see it in upcoming chapters. Yeah based on the bits of silhouette we got, I think it’s much more likely a nidhogg dragon fruit than a fenrir wolf fruit like many people theorized. The full silhouette grabbing harald’s head looks a lot more draconic than lupine. Same with the claws. So that why they had to chain loki together with ragnir. Ragnir had chosen loki so it won't let anyone else touch it and it may even try to free loki if left alone so they had to chained it as well. 
 
Does ragnir having lived for countless generations of giants confirm objects that ate a df are immortal, or is it because the fruit is special? You know, that's a really interesting question. I could absolutely believe them to be immortal because an object technically can't die of old age, but if oda said that this particular devil fruit comes with an extended life span, it would make sense too. I don’t think we can really confirm hardly anything beyond the basics of how df’s and objects work. However it makes sense, especially if it’s maintained. I still have a few hammers from my great grandfather. I don’t think we’ve really gotten any more information since alabasta? Which iirc the mole lady said she knew how the gun are the fruit, however I think also said it was a new technique? But the age of this hammer implies that the process has been around for a much longer time.
