Since we saw his hands turn into claws in the last chapter, it’s almost guaranteed he ate the Mythical Zoan, Wolf-Wolf Fruit, Model: Fenrir. It fits the Norse mythology theme perfectly Fenrir is the wolf destined to be chained until Ragnarok, just like Loki has been bound in Elbaf. I think we’ll see that unlike King Harald, who was consumed by the fruit’s raw "wild" nature and went on a rampage, Loki’s Conqueror’s Haki allows him to dominate the devil fruit’s will instantly. That squirrel-hammer Ragnir will probably recognize him as the true master, maybe even fusing with his transformation to give him some kind of elemental lightning attacks. The emotional gut punch, though, is going to be the truth about King Harald. I predict that as Harald dies by Loki’s hand, he won’t be angry; he’ll be relieved. We’ll likely find out that the "madness" wasn't just the fruit, but maybe some external corruption or a curse from the World Government that Harald was fighting off. The chapter will probably end with a twist showing that Loki voluntarily accepted the title of the "Accursed Prince" and allowed himself to be chained by Shanks not because he was weak, but to protect his father's legacy as a benevolent king. He took the blame for the rampage so the giants would remember Harald as a hero rather than a monster, giving us a tragic "Itachi-style" backstory for him.

It's quite funny that ragnir is a hammer that has a devil fruit. Ratatoskr I assume? Well we won't know until later. And im guessing loki's devil fruit on the other hand is either fenrir or nidhogg considering the claw and claw marks on the castle. Also, it's quite tragic that this is how harald goes out, what was essentially his life's work, all of it is in vain because he didn't know better, least he went out with a smile. And yet loki still chose to not take his request of telling the truth cause he wanted to preserve harald's honor and legacy even tho he didnt agree with his vision but never wanted him dead. 
 
Albeit, now he has to permanently live with the fact that he had to put down his own father for the sake of elbaph and harald himself which likely scarred him for life, even if he doesn't express it. Harold appreciated it since he couldn't do the same. As a king trying to rebuild elbaf's image it would look too bad but he wanted to. Thats why loki said he makes him do all the dirty work. Nidhogg and ratatoskr have a close relationship Ratatoskr and mjolnir are merged in one piece lore to ragnir. Still to be seen if it's just a squirrel devil fruit or if it's a mythical zoan squirrel squirrel fruit model ratatoskr. Nidhogg is found in the underworld under the roots of the yggdrasil, where we find loki. Honestly, both could work but I'm leaning towards nidhogg. Oda has warped a lot of norse mythology so either could work perfectly.
