If ida had gotten loki before loki was so twisted, I think they really could've been good brothers and supported each other. But it seems loki is willing to keep silent about the poison, and hajrudin kept his grudge from childhood. Either that, or loki did something else to continue the hate father killing maybe? But the translators do appear to show that while loki got closer, hajrudin got further when comparing the words used for father. Either way, they both would've had a much better life overall if their dad wasn't such a big naive fool. Just like roger, harald was just too early. As long as imu sits on the throne, the giants would never have reached his dream on unite with rest of world. That sword harald's got right now looks alot like the one imbedded in jarul's skull. Going back, the armbands on the holy knights in elbaph are the same ones harald just gained. But wouldn't those be abyssal covenant bands since they full fledged knights, while harald is stated at only the depth level? Loki should have told someone ida got poisoned by fellow giants? Just like he told them about his mother throwing him down to underworld as a newborn, or the regent that abused him, or the evil family horse. Clearly he had nobody to tell these truths to, thats why everyone still thinks hes the accursed prince.
