One Piece Chapter 1164 will likely to immediately follow the devastating cliffhanger of Imu using the Domi Reversi ability on Rocks D. Xebec, compelling the former pirate captain to attack his own family, Eris and Teach. The chapter will likely focus on the immediate, chaotic fallout, showing the desperate struggle of Monkey D. Garp and Gol D. Roger as they are forced to join forces against the possessed Rocks in the main clash that will be forever known as the God Valley Incident. We may also see Monkey D. Dragon playing a crucial, yet unseen, role as a young witness to this tragedy, possibly leading to him discovering a Devil Fruit or securing the chest containing Shanks, further cementing the incident's importance to the world's most prominent figures.

One Piece Chapter Manga is your best place to read free and fresh one piece 1164 manga, Be sure to check this page again to see the anticipated One Piece 1164 release. This is probably one of the greatest one piece chapter of all time! Oda cooked with this chapter! I don't believe domi reversi has the hometown requirement, even though it tracks it is a very jojoesque condition for a power belonging to the final boss and would render it mostly useless. For one piece world, it would be something basic like fear.

To expand, fear is vague but it could still apply to all four occurrences, herald feared for the safety of elbaf, dorry and broggy feared for the safety of kids and rocks feared for the safety of teach and his wife. It also explains why rocks wasn't turned on his first fight with imu but was converted now. It obviously doesn't make for a better more balanced power but better fits the world of one piece. Im convinced that it’ll be harald who ends up rescuing blackbeard and eris. Roger and garp are gonna hold off domi reversi rocks and harald will save rocks’ family and deliver them to lulusia as a final testament to their friendship. This will also have the effect of bringing the flashback’s focus back to harold and ultimately back to loki as we find out what happened when harald died. Domi reversi is the most unhinged, broken ability in the entire series. Just 1 shot a pirate king level fighter with ease. People said with spoilers that conditions could be being angry, emotional, unstable, absolutely nothing with xebec’s stability here looks significantly out of line.

  1. Rocks was the Pirate of that era, he's by Navy definition the greatest evil of that time. He'd also have had the highest bounty of that time.

I don't know how someone who with the limited information we have:

    Destroyed nations
    Destroyed multiple cities

Not evil. The dude terrorised the world.

Someone leading the most villainous Pirates is by definition the most evil person, Domi Reversi or not. We've seen how all the Rocks crew members pretty much abandoned and betrayed each other, these guys are evil to the core. The only one with a shred of loyalty in the entire Rocks crew was Whitebeard.

Domi-Reversi or not, Rocks is by definition still the greatest evil of that era. I think people somehow thing that if 2 evil people fight the other, 1 of them instantly become good.
It's like calling Frieza from DBZ a good guy simply because he allied with Goku and co. to fight a far more opposing evil opponent.

Just because you try to save your family as an evil person doesn't make you any less evil. And if Rocks had survived God Valley, fact is he'd still have gone on to commit other and more evil acts.
We can't act like the guy was a saint.
